I wonder if that extends to dogs…
I have always been a fan as well as living proof of the quote, “What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.”

Don’t we all wish dogs don’t have to go through hardships, because we their human parents would do all we can to shield them.
To reach perfection is to have left our earthly body. But, I think in this context perfected might mean one who has evolved or grown.
I agree. I like to think that life’s tribulations make us better, stronger.
I don’t think its possible to be perfect. But a good quote.
